No, the real question is what is the cheapest insurance company for you. It depends on too many factors, what's best for me might be the worst for you.

Find an independent agent that can company several companies and find out what is best for you.

Most insurance companies charge similar premiums. The only differences is their value added services. They have a guideline to adhere to. How much your premium is going to cost depends on the classification of your car(coupe, sedan etc), your engine capacity, your claims history, your driving experience. Get a few companies to quote you 1st, then you compare the price. If you have friends or relatives in the general insurance industry, that's even better.

Talk to Mr. Lizard. One thing about insurance, if, you not have it, they like to play a little catch-up with you, so, you may pay a higher rate at first and it go down over time with a good driving record. If, you need just liability you may get a better rate with some off name insurance and it get you going. I not sure, I think Vision is what my Aunt use for liability.

Depending what state you're in, and credit score is a factor with 90% of Insurance Compniew.
My best advice is SHOP AROUND, it has always worked for me. Also, COMPARE THE COVERAGE, ask for the quote in writing.
Than, YOU decide..
