Well, it actually depends. Did you get your growth spurt yet?
If you didn't, you might be in for some luck, but if you did, only the milk and the veggies can help you :)
Most likely, you'll grow taller over the years. You're only 14, by the time you're 18 and ready to go to college, you should be about 5'10" - 5'11".

You are otherwise healthy. You can't do anything. Don't overdose on vitamins. Take what is recommended. If you overdose on vitamins, then you can become ill or die. It takes a large overdose for that, so don't worry about taking normal amounts of vitamins. Eat a well balanced diet. Get plenty of rest and excercise.
If you have a medical problem, growth hormones can be administered before puberty. After puberty, a very painful surgery can be done. Basically, your leg bones are cut in two in strategic locations. They are allowed to partially grow back together and spread apart. Over time, the bones have lengthened adding inches to your height. This is very painful and reserved for those who actually need it. It also takes a long time.

I actually used the program that "Skippy" person speaks of. It really does work. That same website, http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. I played Women's basketball in college, and I used that to gain a couple in height. A total of 2.5 inches. After that, it seemed to plateau though. I could not gain any more than 2 1/2, no matter how hard I tried. But those inches really gave me an advantage in my games. Well worth it.

well your pituitary gland causes growth. I think at your height, they wont give you any growth hormones, so just try your best to excel past the others. you are tall enough to play, but you will have to prove it with hard work and skills.
I am 5'3, and could bomb them from way out there, but I could not fly up and dunk it. I don't play much anymore cause I'm 31, and have other interests, but when I did play, i could toss them suckers in. I never had the interest to do more than messing around with it though.
Work for it, you can do it, nothing is holding you back but your way of thinking, and that is a real shame.
so get mad at me, GET PISSED OFF AT ME!!!, Use that aggression, go out there and destroy that ball!
then you can thank me later.

You're still growing Sweetie.
My brother was the shortest one in class and was always made fun of.
Then one day the doctor told him he was going to be over 6 feet tall.
He somehow could tell by his bone structure. Mom was 5'2 and Dad was 5'9. He grew up to be 6'2". Taller than all his classmates.
So....don't worry so much now.
Next time you go to the doctor....ask them how tall you will be.

Accept your body as it is. Eat a good diet, exercise, and stay active, but don't take anything that claims to make you taller because the chemicals they put in those pills might hurt you in other ways. If someone doesn't accept you for who you are because you are not as tall as they are, they are not worth impressing to start with. God made us all different... be happy with yourself. Tall people bump their heads more often that short people.

Just so you know, a lot of women don't like really tall guys (over 6'). Most of the women I know prefer men who are like 5-8 to 5-10. But if you want to get taller milk is the way to do it.

there sure is. You should start by taking lots of multivitamins. It's all nutriition at this point. Make sure you eat LOTS of mashed potatos, drink LOTS of milk. And most importantly, STTTTREEEEETCH alot! You are pretty much just like a plant, you need nurishment to grow. But stretching is very important. Trust me, I am 6'4" and I played b-ball back in the day too.
