Put salt on them. It chemically burns them and creates a seal so they heal faster.

I had them regularly for 20+ years. Then I started taking 1 250mg Vitamin Ester-C tablet a day. Canker sore free for many years now.

They are a lot of times due to stress. You may need a prescription for anxiety. You can also use peroxide of them for cleansing purposes--this helps them to heal faster. Dip a Q-tip in the peroxide and roll it around on the area. I had them really bad once, and I got a prescription for Valtrex, which is used for cold sores--they were gone in 1 day. Hope this helps.

I use this stuff called Carmex it works fast and gets rid of those annoying Canker Sores. If that doesn't work you can also try Numbing jell that you use on baby's teeth that also helps.

i worked as a pharmacy tech for quite a few years....the best remedy is one that we used to make up for cancer patients who used to get terrible sores in their mouths...i have used this for my daughter as well....
mix equal parts of (ie 100ml each)
liquid benadryl
liquid maalox
and
liquid kaopectate
rinse and spit as often as needed usually every 4 hours
