HAHA fair enough. I would say Rocky, because he carries himself better. He could take a better hit and last longer. And he doesn't have a lisp lol.

I don't think Rocky would be intimidated by Mike Tyson. Tyson would go for the early KO, Rocky might go down 2 or 3 times early.
But then I see Balboa frustrating Tyson. Tyson soon gets frustrated and begins to lose gas. I see Balboa getting a late round KO to win.
After the fight Tyson in his chipmunk/Elmer Fudd voice goes "I weally weally wespect you. I wiked your movies"

I would go with Rocky Balboa. I mean he beat Apollo, Mr. T, Russian Machine, that kid, and Don King.
Rocky would also be especially motivated since Tyson did eat his kid.

Rocky would withstand a murderous barrage from Tyson early in the contest, perservere and come back strong knock Tyson down and out in the final round of a great fight.

Absolutely Rocky Balboa - altho a fictional character - he has charm. Tyson is nothing but a thug - you can take the kid out of Bed-Sty (Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn) but you cant take the Bed-Sty out of the guy...Rumor is Tyson used to mug little old ladies...now that's just not nice!
