What does that mean? Lengua is tongue right? So what is Afuera and what does it translate to?

tongue out, would be the word for word translation. It could mean a person is so tired or exhausted that their tongue is hanging out.

In short it means "exhausted or tired"
Yes tongue is lengua and afuera is out.
So literally would mean with the tongue out.
Like when dogs are tired.

Lenguas de gato means Cat's tongues .. or tongues of the cat.. is a dessert in my country in other is chocolate..

It literally means to stick your tongue out. It may be a way of saying you are exhausted.... "con la lengua afuera..."
