Sorry but no Tequila, respectable or not, has a worm in it;
you're thinking of the cheap Mescal purchased by tourists.
I like Mescal too but I've never bought or tasted a worm or bug ~ except by accident, like smiling when riding a motorcycle!
My advice: . . . stick to wormless bottles.

Ditto to the other folks. All I know is that last time I atet the worm it tasted like nothing but vommit for hours. To this day the smell of tokillya makes me shudder. I just remeber (barely) that it had no taste but did I know I'm surprised that I remembered ANYTHING at all.

oh boy, yea, i dont even remember what the worm tastes like....sorry i couldnt help.......if you drink enough tequilla...anything tastes alright tho.....
