Get outside in fresh air and walk or jog till you'e ready to drop. You should sleep well after a hot bath with something aromatic in it.

walk into the room that has the furniture with a BIG rectangle soft cushion on it
pull back the soft material on this large cushion ,climb in between the material, turn off the lights

Don't nap during the day. Exercise helps but not right before bed of course.
