twice removed means your cousins cousin
your aunt or uncles kid= 1st cousin their kid= once their kid=twice

The 'twice removed' bit means the person is two generations younger than you.

i think its like a second or third cousin like its your mums cousin so its your second cousin .something like that.still blood related in a little way.
