When you are kissing a guy and he starts to feel you up, what does he mean by it?? Does it mean he wants more??(ie-sex)

If a guy you like and who likes you comes up to you b4 a meet and gives you a hug and says good luck and is there for you again after each event, is he there to watch girls in leos or support you??(this is for my friend)

Yes he wants more but if you are not ready for it you should tell him you want to move slow. If you are uncomfortable with that make sure you let him know that he is moving to fast for you.
For your friend it sounds like the guy is there to support her but it could be only as a friend or it could be more depending on the situation.

Sounds like your both to young to be having sex. Stay virgins as long as you can. You're only setting yourself up to be hurt and used if you have sex before the right one comes along.

A lot of people associate kissing with touching as well. If you just want to kiss and hug with no roaming hands, you need to tell him that.

Well, it could mean he wants to have sex, but thats just a normal part of making out, touching, feeling up.....But, if you don't want that, then push his hands away. He will get the picture.
