I have only one. It is a large Chinese fighting dragon on the back of my left thigh. I got it for my 21st birthday (I'm 42 now) because I was drawn to it. Later I found the dragon is my Chinese horoscope. When I was 28 yrs old I met a half sister I never knew I had for the first time, She is eight months younger than I. She had a dragon tatoo also. Hers was on her shoulder. Strange coincidence.

I have two simular faeries on my forearms that are from an old friends comic, and I got them because of my spirituality and because I think they are unique to me since someone I know made them.
My most recent tattoo is the wolf paws on my feet. There is a black outline of a wolf paw pointing the same way as my feet and within the outline, when my feet are together, form a wolf's face. Once again, it's to represent my spirituality.
More planned, just got to save the money and design the tattoos.

I have 4 and love every one of them. I have a wizard back piece and I got it because I love wizards, dragons and magic. I have a Pisces sign on my outer left calf that I got because I am a TRUE Pisces, I have another on the back of my neck of a love knot, I got it with my husband and we got matching ones, we didn't want to put each others names as it is sometimes seen as a bad omen, and the very first tattoo I got is of a half sun, half moon on my outer right ankle, I got it when I turned 18 and I got it because I wanted to express my feelings about balance in my life. Kind of like yin and yang.

I have 3. A Chinese dragon, symbolizing wisdom and strength. A Fu Dog to keep the spirits out and a moon in side the sun - meaning life goes on. And more to come!

I got 2 heartagrams on my breasts the two top points pointing towards my shoulders. Why I got them was because I told my self ever since I knew of the band HIM I've wanted them. And it was before Bam Margera started trying to introduce them to the US. I heard of HIM before Bam. Some would say they heard of Bam then HIM.

I have one of a cross and I got it because I was going through a really difficult time and I wanted it to remind me to keep hope. I plan on getting more. It's very true they are addicitive.

I have 2.5 (one is just waiting to go on my body).
The first one I got last september (one before this one). It is my last name in Chinese on my left wrist. My pa got the same thing (just on his hand) when he was in Hong Kong during 'Nam.
My second one I got last Feb. It is an anklet around my left ankle. It is a charm anklet with chain and 7 charms that all represent something in my life.
I love them and don't regret them at all. I can't wait to get my 3rd!

I've only got one so far. It's a butterfly that my friend designed, and I got it for my father, who passed away earlier this year.
I want three others, but I can't fit that into my time table right now.
