i like this boy.he always acts like he likes me.he makes me laugh,stares,and he gets mad if i do not talk to him and just talk to his friends.i think he likes me.how do i get him to tell the truth and get him to ask me out?

Well, you could just ask him out, of course.
Otherwise, use this old trick:
Next time you talk, say you want to say a movie/play/concert or whatever and say something like 'darn, wish I had someone to go with or take me or such'. He should jump at the opening.
