What i don't understand is why are some people on here asking questions about God and Christmas if they can't handle the answers. If you don't want to know what other people think then maybe they should just leave it alone. Then when people do answer they get thumbs down and why is that. Is it becasue that can't handle the answers that are givin? Well if so then maybe they shouldn't read them. I hope that i can get honest answers and what people really think.

I do understand the meaning of Christmas. No am not wanting to mock other but what i do want is to find find out what people really think. if you have anymore questions for me feel free to let me know and i will give you my honest opion.

I think as far as everyone asking about Christmas is that this is a big time of year whether you want it to be or not. Some celebrate it and some dont, but even if you dont, it's hard to get away from it. They play Christmas songs on the radio all the time, stores are decorated. Just normal life is different this time of year and it can make some people aggitated. I celebrate it myself but it's not my favorite holiday, but I cant really say "Im gonna sit this one out this year" because Im still pressured to be "festive" I would imagine this goes the same for a lot of people. But some, like me will go with it anyway, maybe it will be a nice time this year. Some get more misserable with each version of Little Drummer Boy and Christmas Shoes they have to listen to until they just want to wreck it for everyone.
I wish the pressure would lessen so those who dont want to celebrate it arent made to feel bad but not so much than those who do cant enjoy it to the fullest.

I think you have a very good point. I think this whole rating system is kinda a sham.lol. It is good to see people giving there true feelings and thoughts. I think most of the answers that you have received are true with the truth. I do think that maybe the questions about god and Christmas are maybe a little conterversal for some to handle and it does make a few upset. But that is life and i wish you luck!

Some people really don't know the origin of Christmas. Some people are sick of being asked why they celebrate a Pagan holiday, or why did Catholics steal religion of other religions. Some people are just all 'bah humbug."
I know christmas isn't the day Jesus was born. I do not agree with decorating Trees, hanging wreaths, or holly berry. But I will acknowledge the birth of Jesus, and be extra giving this season.
