I'm an 18 year old senior in High School.
And there's this girl. The only problem is, she's perfect. Great body. Great hair. Great eyes. Great personality. A great girl, overall. I'm glad that I'm friends with her. We talk all the time, flirt some, you know. We're even going to go to the same college. So if you were this perfect girl, what could I do to get with you? Flirt more? Compliments? Am I hopeless?

but if u want to butter it up a bit compliment her tell her u think shes perfect and that u think u dont have a chance but u just thought ud try anyways

yeah, what he said. you're friends so that's half the battle, yeah flirt more, give compliments, let her know that you're there for her and try just coming out with it, bluntly, and see what happens. it sounds like this has been going on for a while it's time to take that chance and stick your neck out there a bit.
