Many years ago, I was married and we had an open relationship for a while...it worked okay until I decided that's not what I wanted out of marriage (I was young though, just 19) so we talked and agreed to go back to monogamy...
...however he didn't keep his part of the bargain, but that's another story.
Open relationships require complete security in the relationship, and no jealousy or insecurities (just as swinging does as well). Otherwise, knowing your spouse is having sex with others, can easily destroy the marriage.

This may not be the answer you are looking for but I have been through what you ae going through. I had this one lady which was pretty much my wfie, 6 years together. Then I had this other girl that I knew for 4 years and we finally reliazed are feelings for each other. One found out about the other and it wasnt good. Now I dont have a girlfriend but the girl of 4 years we are pretty intimate. My suggestion for you is dont bother it wont work out, you need to decide which one of the 2 is more important to you, which one can you not live without, which one whether you wake up to in the morning?

I've had 2 close friends with open marriages and both ended with someone getting so hurt they gave up on life. Its a dangerous game to play and divorce is so much easier.

I am married and I dont think my husband & boyfriend would like each other..lol joking.. i think they would get along fine..lol anotha joke. i am married though but no "pocket" man right now..lol oh now u want to know what that is dont cha..lol well maybe one day i will tell ya.

well i just found out my husband has been seeing 5 other women he is fat with a tiiny weenie but a fat wallet...
he wants a open relationship now but i diden't have a choice so now he must DIE.. he has no chioce but there is always what to do wth the head.....
