do the stainless steel parts used in joint replacement have any magnetic properties I am about to have an MRI done and dont want to have any parts is parts tore out of me

Fortunately for you, stainless steel and titanium, which are commonly used in surgery, aren't magnetic, or only weakly magnetic, so don't worry about it. Might be a good idea to inform the doctors about it, however.
