it's different in each state and depends on his age and how many times he's been in trouble.

depends on how much money they have. i remember in high school one of my friends was starting a march madness pool. somehow the administration found out and suspended him for 10 days!! That same week a girl pulled out a knife on another girl..after she was arrested coke was found in her back pack. she was back in school 3 days later! unvelievable i know..

till arraignment or bail for possesion of a weapon. should just be a ticket what else happened?
