#1 Remember that worring about things and staying up at night because of debt is not doing any favors to anyone. It won't change it will be there tomorrow no matter what. Surprised?
#2 Deep breathing helps.
#3 Do something constructive to take your mind off of the stressors.
#4Exercise, stretching can reduce body aches and pains from stress.
Try having a room all to your self to go and unwind. Taking hot baths with candles, can help.
#5 Change your way of thinking, and try to look at things in another light.
#6 Everyone Goes through stress, and everyone handles it differently.
#7 The key is to not loose your sanity.
#8 Be greatful for what you have, and you may consider reading the book of Job in the Holy Bible.
#9 Consider the fact that things may not be going right for you, because you may have issues with yourself that you are completely un aware of, and need to get these things out. If it is man problems. Seek Help. Men do not think like women.
#10 Remember that we ourselves do not have all the answers! Don't pretend that you do, and always seek help when you need it. But seek the right kind of help.
This question hits home for me, and many other women across america. You are not the only one. But you are the only one that can help figure it out by seeking wisdom from professionals, and for pete sake stay away from anti depressants. They just make things worse. You may want to track things in a log. IE: I feel worst when..... I feel better when.....
What can I do to make myself feel better without stuffing your feelings. Open up and talk about it. It is ok and perfectally normal to feel un happy, but it is God's joy that gives us peace. Usually if your spirtuallity is in line, things seem to be easier to deal with. Go to church this week somewhere, drive around until you find a place you want to go, chances are the sermon of that church will hit you like a ton of bricks.

Hi sorry for your stressful days. A simple way to relieve stress where ever you are, is to take slow deep breath, in and out. Try to do it for a minute or so. Other simple way is to sleep u can try taking short naps during the day also. If you have a pet spend time with them and talk to them, it will sure make you comfortable. All the best.

I have GAD (general anxiety disorder) so I know all to well about having stress. A nice hot bubble bath right after taking a xanax hits the spot for me everytime. If the xanax is not available try meditation, light some candles and relax. A nice long drive all by yourself can be nice also. Kick back in your recliner with a nice movie. Go to a nail salon and get a manicure and/or pedicure. I like the pedicure the best. Ever had one? It's awesome.

The only way I can relieve my stress is:-
1. Pretend to external world that I am calm.
2. Solve the problem or reach to a conclusion of the problem if I cannot solve.
Deal with the issue that is causing stress rather than dealing with stress.

Take some very deep breaths, rent a funny movie and look up and smile.
Perhaps a bar of chocolate too? Seriously...all these help me to feel better when I'm stressed out!

breathe in with your nose, and out with your mouth. do this several times. breathing is key! Also, do some yoga if you know any. if not, music. Listen to soothing music and take the day off. Eat chocolate! It's wierd, but eat some, but not too many. Watch some comedies and just relax. Don't rush yourself, and go to bed at a decent time, no later than 11:00. Wake yourself up, not your alarm.

I've found two things that work really well. First is to go shooting. When you have a gun and blow holes in a target, you just can't help but feel better. The other thing is to do some exercise. A good hard workout makes you feel better every time.

Exercise of any sort or a dance aerobic class at the gym. Just talking to a very good friend perhaps that you haven't talked to in awhile might b helpful. Hot bath followed by orgasm whether self induced or with another works wonders for me after a few miles of running a good pace to my favorite itunes.
