One minuet he's looking at me, the next he's ignoring me. This has been going on for months and it's driving me crazy!
Does this mean that he's shy, he doesn't like me, he's trying to play hard to get, or what?
i would go talk to him, that idea scares me shtles.

I don't know for sure, but maybe he is not confident or has another girl and is just waiting for someone better to come along (YOU). It is really hard to tell. The only way to know is talk to him more to get a better idea of whether or not he is interested in you. If you work together (especially closely) I think it will be hard to know what is going because this has to be one of the most awkward environments to guage what one guy/girl is thinking about the other. I personally think he likes you he just doesn't know how to tell you. Or it could also be you're a little bit better than him in a way (like at a certain thing: a sport, grades, dance,more friends) and he just doesn't know how to deal with that you being a little bit better in a way. BUT this is from my personal experience with a guy like this. Hope this helps a little bit.

He's shy. If you can't make a move directly, talk to his friends. He's probably already told them one way or the other, and if you swear them to secrecy, guys generally can keep secrets from their bros for about a week.

My advice is to just get past that point where talking to him scares you. Cause' you've gotta think, if you're gonna date him are you gonna be scared to talk to him? So just get past that point and just talk to him more...but try to be his friend more than anything right now!
I know it's really hard, but you can do it! You won't die! :)

move on you don't have time for games or you could tell him I like you how do you feel about me and there you will have your answer its all up to you. and again he may be shy go for it if you like him
