I don't take anything. If it's a cold, I drink more fluids and eat lighter and try to have a chicken item at least once. I rarely get colds or the flu.

Try taking some over the counter flu medicine. There are several out there. If it doesn't get better, I suggest that you go to the doctor and get something stronger prescribed.

Drink Sprite, apple juice, and orange juice. Take Benadryl. Carry around tons of tissues. Have cough drops ready. Cover myself from head to toe when going out. Wash my hands frequently. Sleep or stay in bed.
