That'll be tough, Jr. is the most popular (living) driver in NASCAR, right now he's not even accepting more autograph requests, and he works hard to try to sign um all.
I guess your best bet is spending some big bucks and getting ahold of a pit pass, or somehow get connections to get into the drivers meeting.
The only other way I can think of is if you have a terminal illness. Then you can probably contact his publicist and tell them that it's your dream, etc. to meet him.

Go to Charlotte NC during the month of May . When theyhave the Cocola 600 race . Durining this time they have Fan Apperication & you can go to Garage & get to meet your Driver

wait on the side of the track and hitch hike with a big ole I love dale junior sign and he'll pick you up on the way just don't run out on the track in front of him or he'll send you flyin out of the stadium, I don't know how you would go about meeting him, backstage passes? or try getting into the infield.

Go to the track and wait until he is leading and then jump out onto the track with your "I Love #8" shirt on and he will pull over and talke to you.

Make believe your a sponsor, those Nascar people would do anything for money. Tell him you have a new chip or coffee to sell. Anything they can be seen on camera with.
