I don't have any websites to give you, but I have some advice. It doesn't matter if you lose or win a fight, what matters, is that you fight a person back, if you don't, they will give you problems, every single time, so stop being afraid and face the music. Once you start fighting back, all bullie's will see this and leave you alone. You win some , you lose some , what matters, is you holding your own. Don't go looking for fight's, but if they find you, put your fist's up and when you throw those punches, give it everything you've got. You can do it and sooner or later, you'll get sick and tired of people picking on you. Oh, I forgot, if there is any way to avoid it, don't fight in school. "Eye of the Tiger"!

Obviously, the best way to is not to get in a fight in the first place. If you got into an inevitable fight, because your assailant is being very unreasonable, for example, run away. If you can't, hit them with absolutely everything you can find, be it chairs, your bag, pens, books, and so on. Do be careful to not to take self-defense too further and injure your assailant too much because in that case you will be punishable by law too. Now, what if you have nothing but your own body and can't run away? This is going to be much more problematic. When you get into your first fight, there is a small chance of an extremely misfortunate case of freezing out of adrenaline overload. To avoid this, first you need to make some distance from your opponent. As hard and cliched as this may sound, take a breath and be calm. Then: 1. Raise your fists and guard your face. A punch to the face may not be the most devastating hit you can take but it is certainly one of the most disorienting ones, along with a kick to your groin. Most of your classmates are not going to be accomplished martial artists so they would focus on throwing mostly bad and telegraphed punches. Guarding your face and watching out for occasional groin attacks should keep you safe enough in completely one on one (if you are attacked by more than two, you are really out of luck and do absolute best to run away) fights. 2. Look straight in your opponent's eyes. It helps you focus more, makes you look more prepared and therefore intimidating, and help you figure out when he or she (yes, even if your assailant is a girl, do not be afraid to take physical measures if all logical approaches were tried and failed) is going to attack. 3. Now here is where the counterattack part starts. Keep your guard up and a low stance and charge in. You need to make this a really quick surprise attack or you might not have another chance. 4. Either step on his or her foot, or grab the trouser or belt. Then push any where above the chest. This will make your assailant fall on his or her back. After this, the chances are that your assailant will be discouraged to take any further, reckless action and back off a bit. You are free to run away or try to reason with him or her further. Of course, you may or may not actually be able to pull this move off. Even if you did manage to do it, there is no guarantee this would work the whole time. I am sure, however, that this is a quite easy move to pull off that is also very effective and should at least work for the most times. Again, the best way is not to get into a fight to begin with. Also, after such encounters, please do not be afraid to bring the confrontation to your teachers. School violence, both physical and non-physical, should not be tolerated and go unnoticed by authority figures.

There nothing wimpy about fear, if you've been in millions of fights you must be very experienced by now, if you want serious advise hear it is
Don't get involved with fighting, if your being bullied speak to someone like a teacher, don't be afraid of not wanting to fight, the only time to fight is when your life depends on it, and at that point anything goes to inflict as much hurt and damage as you can.

I would highly advise taking up Jiu Jitsu. Grappling is very effective for smaller guys like me. I am only 5'8" and 162lbs. I was recently involved in a fight with a much larger guy and as soon as it went to the ground it was over in less than a minute. It works well on stronger and larger opponents but I would not advise it against multiple adversaries as they can kick you on the ground.

1st off. you need to ask yourself why you get in so many fights. The best defense is avoidance.
2nd, find a good MA school in your area & sign up. I can't teach you enough in 1 paragraph on line to do you any good. A good instructor will teach you how to protect yourself. As you learn, you will gain more self confidence.

There is reason why you are fighting so much. Work on not fighting. Then when you are centered in your life search for a style of martial arts that will take your mind and body to a greater level of spirituality...

Be water my friend. Know better way than to learn from the master, Bruce Lee. I suggest reading his books, "Striking Thoughts" and "The Tao of Jeet Kune Do". If you want to learn the true essence of martial arts.
