I've been going out with this great guy. Lately though there have been rumors about him liking my best friend. I decided not to say anything, but just watch then together, AND THEY FLIRTED LIKE CRAZY, I'm mean my gosh it was like they were alone in a dark closet or something. They were all hugging up on each other and laughing on each others stupidest jokes. I don't need to confront him first I know. But I do need a break-up reason, I know if I tell him the truth he'll just deny it and say I'm paranoid.

Do tell him why and tell him you have seen it for yourself, so you know what is going on. If he says you are paranoid, so what. At least you will be rid of the scumbag.
I wouldn't let her get away with it either. Maybe you could still be her friend, but let her know that it is not okay to flirt with your man. If she tries it again, she is not your friend, and you should dump her as well!

Just tell him you know he's just not the guy for you, and it'd be a waste of time for the relationship to continue. Simple as that. His response is irrelevant, as you would've said all you need to.
