There is this guy and he is always going around putting his arms around girls, and joking around with them. One of my friends told me that he hit her on the butt. Just recently, he stood next to me, and then he slowly inched his hand closer and closer to my butt. What does it mean when he does that? I think I should be a little creeped out, but my friend thinks it's normal. What should I do about him?

Well, actually when I noticed what he was trying to do I said, "What are you doing?" and he said, "Nothing..." and kind of walked away from me. It was really weird...

Oh, also, I'm 14 and so is he. This happened during school. I was working on a group project and I was showing someone something in a book when he came over so I was kind of bent over a desk at the time.

Go home and tell your parents and stay the **** away from this man you are headed for nothing but trouble. This man or no other man has a right to touch you like that anytime. Please stop this before it goes any farther. If it makes you feel uncomfortable or creeps you out in your words this person does not need to be doing this to you. If you cannot tell your parents talk to your counselor at school, but please make this person stop. I would not want to see you get hurt in anyway and what he is doing is not right by any means.

You should be creeped out. I am not sure how old you are and how old this guy is but any guy that touches girls or women with out asking is scum and if they are doing it in a professional setting it is sexual harrassment (school or work). Stay away from the groper and if he touchs... well I think you know what to do.

Whats so creepy about it? Isn't it obvious that his libido levels are on the higher side? If you know him, and he's attractive, and you wouldn't mind him touching you, it's cool I guess.
It all comes down to how much you feel comfortable about it. And if it creeps you out, try staying away and if he persists, just tell you aren't too comfortable about it.
As you point out, everyone is different. There are friends who might think he's hot, some might think of it as normal, and some find what he does creepy. Just think and act for yourself :-)

Tell him to keep his hands to himself....he doesn't respect women and you should have more respect for yourself then to let some creep touch you like that....tell him to get lost...people will have more respect for you if you show you have values and morals.....
