If he was expressing his own true feelings about God, then it is my belief that he would not be saved. It is possible, however, that he was out of his mind with pain or even halluciantion and that his cursing God did not reflect his true opinion. In that case, if he was a true Christian, he would be saved.

That would not happen. Born again christians would not curse God before they died. We have the Holy Spirit and we love the Lord- I am not saying we are perfect and that we do not curse- but to curse God? No. We love Him!! So when you say christian- it is not speaking of the christian that is spoken in the Bible. Many believe the word christian to mean so many things- it is a broad term in the eyes of the world- but in the eyes of God- A Christian is one of "his sheep"
John 10:27
My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.

Might depend on the curse. I often use holy moly as a curse; and I wonder if it is still a bad habit even though the words themselves are less offensive to me. Using the Lord's name in vain as part of that curse is definitely something to consider. Another thought about your question. Let’s use a car crash as an example of the circumstance. If you tried to lead a Christ-like existence up to that point, wouldn’t He realize your fear and be forgiving.
Peace :)

It would depend on what they did just after they died, IMO. Someone might be in pain or despair and curse God. God would understand. If they turned from God after they die, when they are given the choice to go to Heaven or Hell, He would give them their choice.

Yes if they did not have time to repent. Sin is not allowed in heaven.
Ecc 11:3 If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth: and if the tree fall toward the south, or toward the north, in the place where the tree falleth, there it shall be.
P.S. Christains do not curse God.

That, like most religious questions, depends on your denomination of Christianity. For example, most protestants would say "no", because they believe once you are "saved", you can commit any act and still go to heaven. Being "saved", to some denominations, is like a free pass to heaven. Others believe you have to confess your sins before you die.
However, no human being knows, so I wouldn't listen to most of these answers :)

If they asked for forgiveness before they died. Then, no. God would be very hurt by it. But they most likely will go to heaven if they truly believe in Jesus and recognize him as their savior. If there is no belief. There is no heaven in their future.

No. Blasphemy is the unforgivable sin. God judges with spiritual law.
