before starting a work out routine you should consult a physician. although you missed that part, you should still go now.

you should always eat just a little snack before you work out, especially if you are taking energy drinks. it's good to stay hydrated. water is actually best. cold water is thermogenic.

you may be overworking it and/or somehow causing poor circulation and low blood pressure.

for example. . .

in the military, you are required to stand still for very long periods of time.
they say you shouldn't lock your legs straight because your muscles tighten up and constrict, not allowing the proper circulation to your lower extremities. after having your legs lock of a long time, when you bend them, you circulation will open to the lower extremities and the blood pressure in your upper body will drop fast causing you to pass out.

that's the best that i can explain it. hope it helps.

p.s. you should work out with a training buddy!

Try to using a comfortable mask that can filter out the paint , the chemicals used in making the paint are very strong and most people gets a high off it , you may be allergic to paint , I'm not a painter but I have done lots of painting and there was this house I painted some years ago ( interior ) and after one week of painting I was done and while I was outside cleaning up I suddenly got dizzy and before I knew it I went straight back and down , I got right back up but it scared the hell out of me , Then 5 years later I was painting this Garage and I had a 5 gallon bucket right under me while I was painting , after priming and two coats f paint I was cleaning up and suddenly I got dizzy and before I knew it I was laying face down , since that day I always use mask and I try open up all the windows and doors for better ventilation ,

I have never been pro red bull for several reasons. It is a stimulant that increases your heart rate yet gives no nutrional value. Without a proper diet your exercise is pointless. You need to eat healthier and you will see more results in your routine. I used to black out a lot when I would work constantly b/c I wouldn't eat or hydrate enough. One day I ended up fainting and fell on my face on a concrete floor. Some people say its when you get up to fast but it never seems to happen when I have been eating right. SO scrpa the redbull and grab a vitamin water. Eat some chicken before you hit the gym and eat some more protein after your workout.

Too much caffeine, combined with sweating, caused you to dehydrate, lose sodium, and low blood sugar messed with your electrolytes, next time eat a banana before you work out, and have Gatorade ready, if you start to fill dizzy.

Sounds like a case of dehydration. Take it easier next time and be sure to drink plenty of water, not red bull.

It sounds like you either had low pressure http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003083.htm or low blood sugar http://diabetes.niddk.nih.gov/dm/pubs/hypoglycemia/index.htm .
