Every day you need to eat at least
500g vegetables! Drink 2 -2,5 liters water,
eat as much salad and fruit as you like,
100g low fat meat {e.g. chicken or fish}
no more than 30g fat (but DO eat 30g otherwise you start craving for it!!!)
fat is often "hidden" in food like chocolate (cacao-butter) and fat cheeses.
Eat "good" fat like it is in olive-oil and almonds (nuts in general)
Eat 100g sweets per week. But DO allow it to yourself!
And if you keep moving (sports) on a daily basis, you'll be fine with your weight!!

As we mature into women we need a bit more fat in our diet. Your diet is very low in fat and a bit more won't hurt you. Peanuts are very good and have good fat in them.
Nuts are a requirement for good health but not the salted type. So a little peanut butter is OK. If you desire chocolate have just a little dark chocolate as it is better for you.
I would cut out the hamburger since that is not as good for you as you may believe, and have some quality beef like a roast beef dinner.
Also a whole egg is OK. The egg yolk is good fat not bad.
Have some fish too. It is full of essential omega oils that help your brain to function.
Your body is very cleverly made and it knows what it needs. I don't think you have any reason to worry at this point. If you start eating huge slices of cake and everyday eat a bar of chocolate then I would say to be careful.
You should introduce some running or swimming into your exercise regime too as you are not working your heart and lungs with weight training. Running will burn off some excess Cal's too.

The reason you are craving the fatty junk foods is because your body needs and wants it. Your body needs fat! Just not too much of it. And no offense, but for 5'4", 113 lbs is not healthy. I'm the same height myself and the average for our size is about 120-125. But, your body may be different, so i'm not judging.
Just increase the fat, but little by little and not too much. Just remember it's okay to eat fatty foods. But just don't over-do it. ^-^
