I think a gigolo is for a heterosexual male prostitute (but more like a femal escort) and a rentboy is a homosexual prostitute.
Don't know what it's called when females go cruising... I guess if a woman wants it badly enough she doesn't generally need to pay for it...

The way to call him is maybe by mobile phone, by land line or just shout if he is nearby. Or if you can afford it, send a messenger Now What you call him, which seems to be what you were asking, is a different matter. You might try to call him by his name if he has one that you know.
Its never a good idea to address people by their job titles.
