I like to have grill-a-dogs over the fire.
They make this tool out cast iron where place bread on the bottom then put hot dogs on that slice of bread then put one more slice on top, close it up lock the handles in place and put on red hot coals 3 mins each side.
Throw in some corn-on-the-cob and we have happy days.

I like rib steaks, along with teriyaki Shrimp on skewers, Zuchini, mushrooms, onions. potatoes, bell peppers in foil, dotted with butter and garlic (cooked on grill). Add a salad or avacado half stuffed with shrimp marinated in a vinaigrette dressing and you have a meal.
Simple and tasty.

well im from texas lol so we know how to bbq-------- get some good ole bar b que ribs, sum sausage, corn rolled in foil top with butter sum baked potato's all on the grill , yummy making my mouth water now lol
