OK calm down. I understand what you're going through.
I see here now that you only want "home" remedies? I'm assuming you want to find a natural solution, so the chemicals in benzoil peroxide is not what you are looking for.

Ok. Have you tried TEA TREE OIL? It is 100% natural. You can get pure tea tree oil in a bottle in Walmart for about $7 in the vitamin section.
It is natures antibacterial and astringent (which you need).
If you have bad acne, I strongly recommend that you do go out an "buy" something. Like I said, it is all natural and has been used by people for thousands of years. NOTHING at "home" will act as medicinally as this will.
Use it every day on effected areas before you go to bed, after you have washed your face.

You need to wash your face no more than 2 or 3 x's a day with a very mild cleanser like olay sensitive skin face wash or dove sensitive skin bar.
Use ONLY petrolium jelly and no other moisturizer if you get dry.

You need to get on a heavy detox regimen of vitamins and antioxidants.
Acne is an immunity deficiency and an inflammation disorder, so you want to get to the root of the problem.
First, go to your local vitamin store and you need to get: Omega 3 fatty acid complex (fish oil), alpha lipoic acid, a good multivitamin WITHOUT iodine!, on top of that take a B complex, vit E, zinc, fiber pills and an amino acid complex. Take these with plenty of water EVERY day and don't forget!
Take in some exercise daily and try to sweat out your pores and get some oxygen going through your skin, this is part of the detoxing process. Make sure to shower afterwards!
NEVER use hair products of any kind, EVER.
Wash your hair with ph balanced shampoos and conditioners like Aussie products.
I don't know if you are a man or a woman. If you are a woman, try getting on Ortho tri cyclin.-the only birth control that might clear you up.
If all else fails, you can go to the dermatologist and get a retinoid or a course of antibiotics-- antibiotics might work very well for you.--But regardless, keep taking your vitamins every day and exercise.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

A lot of the time acne can be cause because you are drying out your skin. Even if you have acne, you still need to moisturize. When you don't moisturize ur face, then ur body will just moisturize its self by producing more oil, causing acne. I use this stuff called Aloe Vera Ultimate Skin Gel. It has a lot of soothing herbs and the aloe vera moisturizes without leaving any oil or a waxy feeling. It helps heal acne too.

This is an age-old problem... and it seems today that more people have acne in the form of rosacea into their late adulthood...ugh!

The absolute best answer I have come across is from my favourite "hygienic" doc on-line, Dr. Ben Kim, D.C.. He addresses acne as the result of improper diet and body function. Then he provides a very nice (I think) 10-point natural system for clearing it up. Highly recommended! http://drbenkim.com/articles-acne.html (A Natural Way to Cure and Prevent Acne)

Theres lots of things that cause acne, hormones especially. Keeping yourself hydrated is the number one skin care secret. Here's couple of masks to try (before any mask, give your face a steam bath to open up pores):
Egyptian Facial Mask-
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 Tbs. flour
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 Tbs. whole milk
Mix all ingredients until creamy. Spread over face, leave on for 15 minutes, rinse well, pat dry.

Deep Cleansing Mask
1/4 cup sour cream
2 Tbs. oatmeal
Mix ingredients. Massage onto your face and neck, leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water, then cool.

I'd say bad acne... Wait no! Bad teeth... Yeah bad teeth. It's cheaper and easier to get rid of the acne rather than getting good results for your teeth.

Well I have heard and I use tooth paste, just simple Colgate orginal tooth paste, none of the tooth paste with whitening and crap, This does dry your skin if you don't wash it all off and put on a light none greasy lotion to help keep in mositure... It works just fine for me... Warning it will burn if you put too much on, or your poors are too clean, like they are after a shower, just fight the pain and you will get some good results.
