I have been looking for a Chihuahua in shelters and on websites but I can’t find any in my area. Does anyone know any good Chihuahua breeders in upstate New York?

Go to www.akc.org & search for your closest local chapter of the breed's club. You may find a breeder that lives close to you that is a member. Make sure they do breed pertinent genetic tesing on their breeding dogs to minimize the risks of getting a unhealthy pup. This is the best way to ensure a healthy pet for life - Good luck!

I am from the New York area and I have in fact bred with several chihuahuas. I would advise using lubricant as their vaginas and anuses are very small.
