The person who can teach you how to speak Spanish must have experience, skills in speaking your language and you must devote time (I mean at least 6 hours per week) during the first contact with the language.
Full immersion is the best choice. Come to a Latin American country and learn Spanish!
Good choices are Guatemala, Venezuela and Colombia.
