Normally because if the sause is too powerful for the person who is eating the wings, the Celery will take that flavor away.

because when the dinosaurs were around the vegitarian dinosaurs would fight with the chickens so they would shove the celery down their throats. pretty soon when the chickens would mate and reproduct, they would all be born w/ celery in them. it became an epic. so now when people kill the chickens they have to take out the celery sticks that are growing inside of them and just put in on the platter on chicken wings cuz thats the best part. especially hot wings. then when you get done eating your wings and celery, you refresh yourself with an orange tic tac.

Walter Payton started the wing at his restaurant also made his own beer so that people could watch football and drink so the snack of wings jumbo wings are made from rosters.He did not invent the wing but made the service that is used by the way he ran his restaurant. The celery is the add water to the tongue also blue cheese coats the tongue

If you have hot wings, the celery is refreshingly cool and crunchy to have with them. Also get blue cheese dressing too to dip the celery into.

Same reason they come with ranch or bleu cheese, so retards can order really hot wings and smother them in ranch then eat celery afterwards completely negating the hot wing taste.
