dude, dont copy some one else. You should know exactly what you love about her.
Do this:
Make a list of anything you can think of, no matter how small or insignificant you think it is at the time. Review the list, cut out what you dont need, keep what you do. Write about those.
Love is about feeling, pour your heart out. You dont need to make it HUGE. A page should be sufficient. If you go over a page, thats fine too. But dont make it a book.

Well being a lady, I can try to help... Lol. For example: tell her you love the way her hair smells.. or the way she looks at you....If you're trying not to say something embarrassing, don't worry bout it, the worst thing is nothing being said.

My grandmother once told me that letters are to be written as if you were talking to the person. So, just write, how you feel, what you want to say. She will treasure it. How sweet and thoughtful.

this is sad you need to go with exactly what you feel but if your not a writer then this explains it. examples her personality the way she is goofy (if she is) the way she makes your skin crawl when she touches you. the smell of her hair when she's fresh out of the shower. etc...

talk abt wat attracts her to u,her eyes,smile,her laugh corny stuff,how u guys met,eg.thru the bus ,write her a corny poem based on jokes u share.hope this helps,good luck
