If you mean 'Do they exist?' then firstly you need to define what exactly a ghost is. The word 'ghost' is actually quite a generic term. If talking about something that has an intelligence, I use the word 'spirit'.
Whilst I am open to the possibility of life after death, I do not believe in ghosts in the 'spirit' sense of the term.
However, I have experienced ghostly sightings (mainly shadows) in a variety of places, however I believe this is a recording, much like when you see tape recordings of Elvis. These psychic recordings can get played back, and that is when you see or hear phenomena.
Think about ghost ships, think about the horse and carts that people so often relay stories about - do ships and carts have a spirit? No, of course not! What is being seen is just a recording.
I could go into great depth regarding this, but so much information about residual energy and stone tape theory can be found very easily on the web.
If you were to ask me if Ghosts exist, it would have to be a definate yes.
If you were to ask me if spirits exist, then I would have to say no.

Yes. A couple of months after my grandmother died I was really upset that I couldn't find an important key. Most any lock can be picked, but this one was located so that it would be very difficult to do so. So I looked in all the likely spots for it. Then I had a dream and my grandmother told me where to find it. The next day I looked where she had said to and it was there.

depends on who is telling it. If they usually lie or stretch the truth then most likely they are full of it.
Some are true though.

yes they are-i have had many experiences w/apparitions and my bed covers were moved and i was awakened by violent shaking and i couldnt move or speak or scream for help
