me nd a friend had an argument about which is the smarter sex,to me believe it is women,due to there provocative behaviour,and men god knows what r there intellectual ablities,he said dat a man ability its there strenght.plz would someone just tell me the correct answer,though i believe its women some how.

Depends on the individual person. Some men are smarter than women and vice versa. In your case, your argument was stronger than his. However, women are proactive because we live in a male dominated society and this statement only applies to countries where women are now allowed to be proactive. What he is trying to say is the body type of a woman is structurally weeker than a man's. His argument is then void due to the fact that strength has nothing to do with the capacity of your brain. Therefore, he's not the brightest tool in the shed.

By the way, the gramatically correct way to state your question would be: Who's smarter, the man or the woman? "Whose" is possessive and "who's" is the contraction of "who is".
