If the reason he is there is that he was irresponsible with his money and is now in debt, then that is a turn off. If he's living with his parents because he's lazy, that's a big turnoff.
However, if he is there because he is a college student or fresh out of college (or something like that) and trying to save money to buy a place of his own, then I would respect that. It really depends on the guy and the reason he is living at home.

I am turned off of it personally. I am turned on by independence. Someone learns a lot when they live on their own, they mature. And what if you bring a girl home, do you have sex with her with the parents in the house?

From personal experience I wouldn't date another guy who lived with his parents. The answer is yes. I would be turned off.

After the age of 30, it's definitely a turn-off. However, there could be extenuating circumstances as to why he's there (divorce, death of one parent, etc.) - I would find out why. If he's there because he can't hold a job or he's lazy or a mama's boy.....run!

I think this depends on his parents. If his dad is Donald Trump and the guy has his own wing of the house, it wouldn't bother me.
If he's sharing a bathroom with his grandpa, it would.
If he lives in his parents garage...he'd better be under 20.

How old? Not long out of high school would probably be acceptable...on into his mid 20's or so is iffy...30's and up, not kewl (although there might be extenuating circumstances to consider).

Depending on the age, it is a BIG turn off. 23 would be my limit.
