Ok, so I need to go from 150 to atleast 130 if not less... How in the world could I do this BY Christmas if not sooner????

i have done it and it does work...
if you go to yahoo and search "3 day chemical diet" you will find a bunch of pages that have basically the same info BUT with substitutions and lists of what seasonings and stuff you can use

That's 20 lbs in 3 weeks. I really doubt that there is a safe way of doing it. If you were heavier like the people in The Biggest Loser then it may be possible because they have a lot more to lose but when you are only 150lbs it might be harder. Coincidentally, I am also at the same weight and my goal is be 120 or less as well. If you were looking for a short term fix just to tie you over Christmas then the one "diet" that comes to mind is Slim Fast diet or maybe the Special K diet. Although you also have to bear in mind that any weight that comes off that fast will come back on equally as fast. But I do understand your desire to look good during the Christmas holidays. Another thought would be the Suddenly Slimmer wraps or the Arasys. Those are expensive treatments but they might work. Good luck.

If you were to lose 20 pounds by Christamas that means you would have to lose a pound a day if you started tomorrow! Losing weight fast is possibl, but it is not healthy and you'll end up gaining it back, if not even more. Slow weight loss is healthier. Try to burn more calories than what you're taking in and stick to a workout routine where you combine weights and cardio to lose fat and gain lean muscle mass. Ideally you should be working out 5-6 days a week and you might be able to lose 8 lbs or so by Christmas.

Weight watchers is what I have lost the most on. Find your local weight watchers and get in the group. You count points with them. You don't starve yourself and if you want a sweet now and then you can have it. You just have to count the points. You also can earn more points daily by exercising. You have an incentive to exercise. Good luck I hope that you are able to lose all of the weight. Be careful some diets are harmful to your body!

This is 3 day diet that i have used and if you will follow these exactly, you will see results within a week...
1St Day:Bfast: 1 slice of toast, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 grapefruit
Lunch: 1 cup tuna, 1 slice of toast, 1 cup black coffee DInner: 1 cup string beans, 1cup carrots, 2 slices of any kind of meat, 1 small apple, 1 cup low-fat yogurt

you can't that is to many pounds in three weeks
but what you can do is get in sahpe for Valentine's Day then you will be ready.

Exercise
eat good foods
do not eat after 7p.m.
plenty of water and sleep
sleep=energy
