I can see you got abunch of bullshit answers so heres mine. This is how I do it. Usually I try to start up a conversation of I will make a comment about something involving relationship status. Then once you engage try to get a little more personal with her. Once you gooten this far try to see how she sees yu oas a friend then begin to adk her how she would feel about you and her going out

Just do it. You will never know unless you do and you will make yourself crazy thinking about her.
Also, don't present it as a date. Take it easy, women can smell desperation.
It took me years to figure out that women are just people too.

You have to get up the guts and talk to her and just be yourself because you don't have to try that hard for someone to like you because no matter what she shall like you for you as a person. Go for it i know you can do you just have to believe in yourself and don't lose your spirit.
