You cannot save yourself. Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone. Are you willing to risk that? Are you willing to know that if you died today- you would not enter heaven? Knowing that those who shared the gospel of Christ were right in sharing the truth? Does that at all concern you? What do you have to lose? Seriously...Salvation is through Jesus Christ- and we dont even deserve it. Yet he loved us that much- to lay down His life so those who believe could live. We need to be saved from Hell and sin- Sin is not allowed into heaven, and everyone has sinned as it says in Romans 3. So we need a Savior! And Jesus Christ is the only way, truth and life, and no one comes to the Father but through Him- John 14:6

Acts 4:12
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."

If we were able to bridge the gap between God and Man on our own we wouldn't need a Savior now would we? If you read the bible and knew what you were making fun of, you would know that God tells us to do just that..save ourselves. That is why Christians are some of the most successful people you will ever meet.

so you believe in reincarnation, that you have an infinite number of times around to finally get it together....

We don't . We know that life is short and then comes judgment. All we have is this life. (actually, all you have is this life, too, but you don't realize it yet...)

We recognize our inabilty to save ourselves. We recognize that death awaits us and that we lose all control at that time... at death we no longer can hold onto friends, possessions, past deeds, relationships. We can take no nails and boards with us to build our own heaven. we can not take any life jackets to save us from hell. At death we are completely out of personal control.

so we realize that we need a savior, a savior who can cover us with his righteousness, his victory, his resurrection, and thereby make us acceptable to God.

My savior has conquered death, raised the dead, healed the sick, walked on water, multiplied the loaves and fishes, made the blind to see.....

you are your own savior.. so what have you done? walked on water lately? nope. healed anybody? nope. risen from the dead? nope.

so you tell me - why would you think it wise to put your life into your own weak and trembling hands??

god bless!!

when you get in big trouble close to death I grant you you will think about him and ask about him because deep down everyone knows there a God, the problem is you don't want to admit it because then you'd be in the class of on brain people that you non believe keep trying to make us fit in, but in the end, all of you will be talking a different talk,or should say crying, begging and pleading..........for him to save you.

If God is false and humans did create their own God(s) its because it is human to feel that. We are not the best beings in our world if you have realized. We do not know what is beyond the beyond in the universe. And us compared to 'real' animals on Earth. Well we would lose.

It's a lot easier to blame everything on the failings of an invisible skyfairy than yourself.

Okay how would you do that? There is no way we could measure up to God's standards that's why we have a savior..

Better than depending on people like you.

You can't save yourself. You are a human and you are fallible. Only GOD can redeem us, which is why Jesus died for our sins.

They are scared to ask the hard questions.

Easier to believe what your preacher says, and what your book says then to think and be resonable all your life.
