Whatever God says will happen to them in the afterlife as He is the judge. I've known many a person's testimony as to how God spoke to them from all religions and races and anyone who is hungry to truly know God, His spirit will lead them into all truth. To him that knows to do good and doesn't do it, it's sin. It's not so much about religion as it is about seeking to know the One True God and as I said, He always reveals Himself to hungry hearts. Helen Keller had never heard the name of Jesus but when they told her of Him through sign language, she said "Tell me His name again. He has spoken to me many times." Since God talks to and sees the hearts and is a just God, He will make sure judgment is rendered properly.

In response to your first question: Nobody knows 100% who is right, that's why we need faith.
In response to your second question: Again, nobody knows, but I at least have an opinion. I think that all the religions are simply different methods of getting closer to God.
Think Gatorade: There are many different colors of gatorade, yet they are still gatorade. God is the gatorade, and all the religions are different colors of gatorade.
Plus, I don't think an all-loving God would send his creations, who he loves, to hell for their mistakes. Unless he is not all-loving.

i believe we go to realms in spirit...
no eternal punishment or hell...
if we are on lower realms then these too can be progressed from as we spiritually advance
even if you have a different religion , that is no cause for any punishment
i believe each person simply takes a different path to the same destination

I know and believe that Jesus Christ is the only way, truth and life- and I am secure in that- Those who do not receive him, but reject him, will go to hell. Point blank- I am not going to sugar coat it. Many will believe I am wrong and they are right- that is how the world is. But God saves many too- and reveals the truth to them, and I rejoice in that! "For faith comes from hearing, and by hearing the word of God" Romans 10:17
There will always be division and relegion- and debates- but it is such a comfort to know that the Lord remains forever and that HIS truth remains!
Isaiah 40:8
The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God stands forever."

my boyfriend is an atheist and i am spiritual so i can relate to your question....however i feel that heaven has no boundaries....no one gets to heaven faster or to a "better" heaven because they are catholic and not jewish, etc...religions are just the different ways that we can get closer to God...they are of different ideologies however with the same outcome...a loving God..having said that....i feel that my boyfriend and i can both go to heaven and i am no better because i chose to follow a religion...and i feel hell doesnt exist either...that contradicts the idea of a loving God........
no one religion is better than another...they all lead to God in some way or another

religion is only a mans idea how to worship the one and only god,it is only those who are arrogant and call themselves holy men that preaches and tell you that only your religion is the true one, as i believe that if you worship god and do no harm or wrong, then you are a good man, woman. no matter what your faith is.. and i would call any man who tries to preach that you must use force and killing to change another man's faith is evil. god will be the judge when you appear for judgement.

I believe the way to Father is through Jesus.
As to what will happen in the Judgment day for all people who did not know Jesus, they will Judged by God. God will deal with each individual according to his infinite mercy.
Fortunately its not our (us humans) call in the end. Its God's call, and God is Love.
