Most likely. Guys either have a huge Ego or they are extremly shy when they like a girl.... chances are he likes you but doesnt know if you feel the same or he doesnt know how to tell you. Write him a note telling him your feelings or an email.... it is easier for both of you if you guys arent close when you first tell one another since you both are extremly shy. Dont scare him to much by going all out by telling him how much you feel but simply state that you have a crush on him and that you are intrested in him....
