good grief woman!!! you've been going out for 8 months (only) and you're already living together?! sheesh, talk about your fast operator!!! um, correct me if i'm wrong but, living together involves a lot of trust b/w 2 people; i find it hard to believe you moved in w/ the guy so quickly, and still don't know what he means by what he says!!! i say first get to know someone, his past, his dreams and his way of thinking, then date for a while, then get serious. but all in all, if he feels like you 2 have been dating for a week, it probably means he thinks the relationship is still exciting and new, and you must be doing a good job of either playing hard to get (in some ways), or you're one of those mysterious people. either or, sounds good to me. also, i wish women would quit hangin' on every word men say. most of the time, they're not even thinking when they speak, anyway, so why bother analyzing it? good luck, girly!!! ;-)

Now thats a tough one. First of all I would suggest asking him what he meant by it.

I would have to know more of the conversation to actually be of any real help. It could mean that he is so happy that time has went by really fast and it seems as though you have only been together a week. Or it could mean that he feels he doesnt know you that well. Either way its always nice to still have the "just started dating" feeling. So, I would say its a good thing. Just keep doing what you are doing that seems to be working. Just spend as much time as possible getting to know each other better. Always remember to be yourself.

Well, in my opinion, him saying that would indicate that he's feeling like he doesn't know you very well. It could potentially be serious depending on how things are going in your relationship. I would definately sit down and have a conversation about your feeling. Also, you must have a very strong communication level to make a relationship work. I have lived with my boyfriend for over 4 years, and I make it a point to speak up when I have an issue. As does he. I hope this was helpful.

That means you should be slapped. That means that they think that you don't get them and your being petty and all that other stuff. Or it could mean that they are loving you at the moment. Cause you know how when you first start off in a relationship ya'll all lovey dovey

Depends on how he said it I suppose. Perhaps he means that the excitement in the relationship is still the same from when you two were dating for a week. In other words - its still exciting - not boring.

Perhaps it means he is saying that time has flown by, and it seems like you are still newly dating. Take it as a compliment, thats what it sounds like to me. The "honeymoon is not over for you guys yet!"

I am guessing it means that the relationship still feels exciting and new. You still make him nervous every time he sees you, but in a good way.

its all still new for him
its not a bad thing neccesarily
give him time, get more connected
he isnt totally settled and may be emotionally delayed or relationship challenged
get him on board!
