OK here's the thing, use the plan to your advantage. What I do is go to my daily planner, enter in my breakfast (using the add food if necessary).
If your meal plan for the day says, rainsin bran and you want eggs, change to eggs and then go from there. Find what you can eat with the eggs while staying within your daily limits but still eating what you want.
At lunch, do th3e same thing, you want a lean cuisine, change the plan to that..
You can mix and match your foods all you like just keep within the dietary guidelines set up in your profile.
If you want to splurge ( say prime rib at 1200 cals for 4 oz,) (a little extreme) Then cut back on some other things that day.
This is one system that you can work that will still work for you.
And don't forget to keep track of all your exercise. Use the support features. You'll be alright with it. Jusa stick to it. Results start out slowly. And that's the way it's supposed to be.

Good Luck!
