I know what you are going through and it is scary when it feels like you are slipping.
Keep in mind that the weather has not made up its mind yet,the days are shorter and holidays are coming.
Adapt yourself to the winter months and work your activities around it,also explore what you enjoy in these months and you may be able to place other activities on hold for abit. You might surprise yourself and that is an achievement which will lift your spirits. If you can not find anything keep the things you do have and if the things you do have don't all work with the season place them on hold and take that extra time for you.
Think about the things that got you through the first time and keep it.Yes we have less light time so you may need to change abit of things around, but change is sometimes good.It is just a matter of rearranging from the outdoor things to the indoor things, and the things that get done daylight time vs evening /dark time. What can not get done today will get done tomorrow.
When you lay down to go to sleep let go of today and when you wake up start fresh as "today is a new day, thank the lord and carry on.
Keep to happy things along with cheerful people.Do not make a big deal on the small things.Make dead lines on the most important and the rest will follow.
When feeling overwhelmed or overworked stop and take a break.Exercise even if it is the recommended 15 mins/wk but get air take a stroll everyday even if it is a short distance Want to your not.Always remember to breathe.
And of coarse the holidays...that in itself is enough to make anyone feel down, LOL.People tend to go all out and big and forget the true meaning of christmas. This year do the things you enjoy the most and the extra "miles"people tend to go for the preparation of the holidays exclude them.the things you enjoy the most is what others are going to enjoy with you and appreciate the most it is the small things in life that matter most, all the others are nice but not really reconized anyway or they are forgotten soon.
Who knows maybe it is not the depression coming back but just the rush time of the year,so if it is just small breaths you are able to take at this time every chance you get take a deeper one and remember once everything is done and regular schedule is back breathe deep and exhale all that does not have to be held any longer.
I hope this helps in someway or another.I hope you the best.

Please go see your doctor who is treating your depression and tell him what is happening to you. You may need your medication dosage changed. Don`t sit home and worry that is the worst possible thing you could do right now. You can stop this by seeing your doctor and then you won`t have to worry about going down that road again...Please Go to dr....something is happening to you through worry, anxiety, a let down, Could be the holiday blues, a loss and so much more that I could go on forever...Be around friends that are upbeat not losers! God Bless you Dear it will all work out!!

oh sweety, depression sucks. If I were you, I'd look at what made you depressed the last time, and then look at your life how it is now and see where you stand. If things get bad, like they were go talk to someone. There are plenty of good psychologists and psychiatrist to talk to, and they have meds too which could help regulate the levels of the hormones in your brain that effect how you feel. If you don't want to go that route, try talking to family and friends. Maybe you could pick up a new hobby or start exercising!
GOOD LUCK!!

Through personal experience you probably just don't want to go to a doctor, whether it makes you feel crazy or you just, don't care. But yet you do care in some way. I know how it feels, maybe you don't have the right medication, does it make everything feel surreal? Or maybe you're just a little weak and something dramatic happened. You don't need to have a conversation with your doctor, I would just talk to him and ask if he would prescribe a different med for ya sweetie :]]]
You'll be fine, don't worry or think to much okay?! :]]]]

Depression is a very difficult condition to understand. Is there something that is worrying you? Can you get rid of whatever it is that is causing it or is it a medical condition for which you will need medication?
I had depression once and I went on a holiday of a lifetime to Australia and saw family which made me so much better that I "forgot" to take my medication!
It is nothing to be ashamed of, so if you cannot get rid of whatever is causing your depression, please give your doctor a visit.

First, be open about your problem, consult your GP and psychiatrist - weakness is ignoring a problem, strength is addressing it.
Second, take a relaxing break from your routine - go somewhere beautiful.
Third, keep to a regular sleep pattern and drink more water
Fourth, always, always pray.
Hope this is helpful.

Go talk to your doctor as soon as possible. If you are going into depression again, they will probably put you on something before you get worse.
