A little coffee each day is good for your heart, helps focus concentration, and overall is a delight to the senses. Coke, unfortunately, has the added problem of being carbonated and can contribute significantly to osteoporosis as well as numerous digestive issues that hit you after a few years. And the sugar . . . well, do you WANT diabetes???? Just keep up with the high glycemic drinks like coke and you'll have it in no time!

With coffee, though, do not drink decaffeinated. Some of the techniques used to decaffeinate coffee actually involve adding/using carcinogens . . . want a little cancer with your morning drink?
