Some people have had success with Hoodia Pops. They curtail your appetite. You may want to look into them.

The best and safest way to suppress your appetite is to eat whole grain breads. The grain makes you thirsty so, you'll want to drink water or some kind of fruit juice. The grain swells after you eat it making you feel full. It's god for you, fills you up and doesn't make you gain weight. Whole grain bread costs between two to four dollars a loaf. No medicine after affects just good food.
PS. Use butter on your bread instead of margarine. It's better for you.

For me, drinking alot of fluids kinda fills me up....
Some people like the Hoodia Root supplement. It supposedly works great.
My uncle never has an appetite... he just uses basic crack.

i use coffee as a suppressent green tea is also supposed 2 work but i tried that and it doesnt work 4 me

nothing really, it is better for you to eat healthy and eat less, smaller portion sizes. eating slowly is also good, it will help you eat less.
