You have to find something that you love to do...Try not to concentrate on losing the weight...Think about what physical activity you enjoy the most. Dancing, taking walks, whatever it may be and make it into a more strenous activity. Also...you would be suprise how may calories you burn playing with your kids. (and you have 3)...So play with them...go outside and play soccer or dodge ball with them....Have a dance party with them in your living room. also make sure you are eating right...Make sure you have a balanced diet...Lots of fiber and water (not necessarily together)--you would be surprised how much they can contribute to your weight loss. Make sure you don't make excuses for yourself...You always have time for your kids...Make sure you have time for YOU, b/c the better care that you take of yourself...the better care you will take of your family.

http://www.rwbrooks.net/me/diet.html
i have done it and it does work...
if you go to yahoo and search "3 day chemical diet" you will find a bunch of pages that have basically the same info BUT with substitutions and lists of what seasonings and stuff you can use
