As I'm not sure of how understaffed they may be, I can't say for sure how useful the admins themselves are. However, this site is in desperate need of more moderators. Trolls can go on rampages lasting several days--perhaps longer--and nothing is done about it.
Additionally... this is the wrong section to ask this question. But it doesn't quite matter, either, as nobody's going to do anything about it... and that's the problem.

Utterly...no. But mostly, it seems so. It'd be nice of they could keep the sex pics off the avatars. I'm using this at work and it would be very awkward for my boss to walk by and see that crap on my screen. If I want to see that stuff, I'll do it in the privacy of my own home. Not on a public site.

They are obviously not paying attention to the R&S section, nor the bunches of abuse reports they are bound to be receiving for these pornographic pictures people are using.
I do assume they will get to it, but it's taking too long. Meanwhile the site is cluttered with filth.

Some harmless questions get deleted right away...while spammers and people with nasty avatar images persist... Useless? Oh yea.
Edit: Maybe some of the worst is those same people and that's why it stays...?

Yes...they let people's absurdity remain on the sites, while people's answers and questions get removed because someone didn't "agree" with them.
Oh well...freedom of speech. But I guess I could go as far as say they are stomping on my freedom by removing my questions for nothing more than "chatting and communications".
Oh well, circular reasoning gets us no where.
But yes, they are full of crap.

I bet this question gets deleted faster than all that other crap. It's rediculous that people get questions deleted fast enough when someone complains but this just goes on and on, maybe they're all taking a break or out to lunch. ;o)

For the most part. Nice of them to delete things after the damage is done. But, who am I to judge.

Yes. They delete question seemingly at random yet when someone is outright disgusting or vulgar they can freely display any words or pictures they want where children can readily view it.
