I have lost about 50 pounds in the last few years, but after changing jobs and buying a new house, my sweet-tooth has come back to haunt me and I can't seem to pass up the sugar stash at the office. Does anyone have tips/strategies for getting back to a healthy way of eating?

do you know that cutting out a t-spoon of sugar in 3 cups of coffee a day equals 4 pounds of body weight in a year??? Just breathe.......you need a little while to de-stress and relax / refocus again. Start taking an evening/morning walk around your new neighbourhood? Keep a few peices of fruit in your bag.

Eat healthy nature food that are sweet, maybe even a sugar that is not really sugar and bake cookies.

I even have some regular savoury nutrition (publisher 1st baron verulam, egg and chips as an occasion), yet love chocolate, and meringue, and thick Cornish cream, and strawberries soaked in cherry brandy!

i just started using equate teeth whitening strips and i am also on a diet. you have to use them twice a day for thirty minutes each time. so when i feel hungry i whiten my teeth. it also works to brush your teeth. also keep in mind after you brush that sugary foods make your breath stink. hope this helps....
