This problem has definite solutions that need to be taken care simultaneously and not any one of them.
1. Eat food that has ample fibre and that is easy to digest and move. Fresh vegetables (preferably raw) and salads MUST be in your every meal.

2. Do not stuff yourself even a single time. Eat small stuff 4-5 times during the day. As far as possible, maintain the timing for meals.

3. The breakfast can be slightly more, but dinner must be light. During the start of the day, metabolism is at its peak.

4. Drink LOTS of water.

5. Only diet control and no exercise is not good enough. You must carry out daily exercise, especially for stomatch and anal portion for strengthening the musles. You need to consult an expert for this. Apart from this, consult a Yoga teacher for certain positions to follow while making movements, even during sitting and after meals.

6. Consult your physician to find out what eatables contribute towards constipation and strictly avoid them.

7. Have a positive mental frame. While making the best of the efforts, conciously think that you are improving day by day. Body and mind are interlinked and do not work in isolation.

8. Stress contributes to constipation. Try to avoid stressful situations. If your work essentially involves substantial stress, practice stress relieving techniques at regular intervals. If you do not know about this, you need to consult relevant expert.

9. Do consult an expert physician for any additional medication that can help improve the situation.

If your problem is going on since a long time, it might take some time to recover. Have patience and you will recover. Good luck.

Well you can go to your doctor and they will be able to get what is called a enema which is completly painless just a solution that is placed in the rectum to loosen the stool up and make it much easier to have a balmovement. If the problem persists then there are surgeries that you can have done. But dont do anything without your doctors approval.

The answer is dietary. The food that is being ingested is causing constipation. Read about constipation and the remedies for it. Secondly a good colonic cleansing would be in order. There is possibly a blockage in the colon. If possible see a gastro-enterologist.
